3. Booking and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations by You
- 15–30 days before tour date: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before tour date: Tour credit issued (valid 12 months)
- Less than 7 days before tour date: No refund, no credit
Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a tour due to insufficient participants or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Force Majeure & Travel Restrictions
We recognise that situations outside your control — such as war, armed conflict, government-issued travel bans, or official advisories against travel to Malaysia — may prevent you from joining your booked tour.
In these circumstances:
- You may request a tour credit (valid for 12 months) or a partial refund of up to 50% of the booking value, depending on costs already incurred on our end.
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of your scheduled tour date, along with supporting documentation such as an official government travel advisory, visa denial letter, or airline cancellation notice.
- Each case is reviewed individually. We will do our best to reach a fair outcome.
This provision applies only where an official travel restriction or advisory is in effect. It does not cover personal decisions to cancel travel in the absence of such restrictions.
No-Shows
Guests who do not show up on the day without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.
How to Cancel
To cancel or request a refund/credit, please contact us at contact@malaysiataste.com with your booking reference and reason for cancellation.
5. Limitation of Liability
MalaysiaTaste.com is not responsible for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage during tours
- Changes in itinerary due to weather, political events, or unforeseen circumstances
- Actions of third-party providers (e.g., transport, restaurants)
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including text, images, logos, and branding) is owned by MalaysiaTaste.com and may not be used without permission.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
